  • University of Copenhagen Research Centre for Control of Antibiotic resistance, WP4 (UC-CARE)
  • Anti- and probiotic alteration of the gut microbiota:  effects on the intestinal metagenome, systemic low grade inflammation, innate and adaptive immunity, incretins, insulin sensitivity, and beta-cell function in animal models of obesity and Type 2 diabetes, UNIK, University of Copenhagen

  • 2010-2014: Obesity and diabetes in cats; tissue-specific metabolic alterations
  • 2010-2013: Canine gastritis and gastric cancer – bacterial as well as immunologic, inflammatory and endocrine status, Collaboration with NVH (defended 2014)
  • 2011-2014: A comparison of clinical, metabolic and inflammatory outcomes in diet, insulin or Glp-1 treated diabetic cats
  • 2011-2014: Dog model of Fitness
  • 2013-2016: The gut microbiome and its relation to host genetics, diet and metabolism in cats
  • 2013-2016: Evidence based diagnosis and therapy of urinary tract infections in dogs

Bachelor in veterinary medicine (Bsc)
